Terms of Use

These terms govern use of HRSuggest. We provide independent, India-focused HR software discovery and recommendation guidance.

1) Scope of service

HRSuggest provides research-backed software discovery content, comparisons, and recommendation workflows for HR, payroll, and related modules.

We are not a payroll processor, legal advisor, tax advisor, or implementation partner unless explicitly stated.

2) Accuracy and verification

We aim to keep information current, but vendor features, prices, and support terms can change without notice. You must validate commercial and compliance-critical claims directly with vendors before signing contracts.

3) User responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when requesting shortlists or demos.
  • Do not submit sensitive personal data unless necessary for your request.
  • Use outputs as decision support, not as a substitute for legal/compliance review.

4) Intellectual property

HRSuggest content, structure, and scoring frameworks are protected material. You may use outputs internally for evaluation. Republishing or commercial redistribution requires prior written permission.

5) Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HRSuggest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of site content or recommendations.
